Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Please note at the moment we do not offer any returns or exchanges. All sales will be final.

  • Enter your email address.
  • Fill up the fields with the required details.
  • Create a password.

Do you delivery Island wide?

We do deliver nationwide. However, payment options may vary depending on location.

 

What payment options do you offer?

We accept only direct bank deposits/transfers 

Do you have a minimum Order Value?

We do not have a minimum order value. All orders will be processed.

How do I check the current status of my order?

Please email, IG message or WhatsApp us your order details via the contact details mentioned on the website.

How do I know which items are in stock?

Out of stock items will be labeled as “out of stock” on the page at the time of the order. We try our best to show accurate information to our customers when it comes to product Specifications, Prices, Discounts, Images and Availability.

However, all these may change without prior notice.

How safe is my transaction and my details?

We have taken all steps to ensure that the transaction is genuine, and the customer information is secure.

When can I expect my order?

We try our best to deliver as soon as possible but due to the prevailing situation in the country there could be delivery delays.
  • Colombo and Suburbs – 1-3 working days.
  • Out of Colombo – 2-5 working days.

What can I do if my order is delayed?

We try our best to avoid delays. However, under current circumstances if your order has not been delivered on the due date you can contact us with the details, and we can help you.

Can I try the Product before Purchasing it?

Sorry we do not have the possibility to provide sampling opportunities.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, currently we only ship Nationwide.
